Seesmic App for iPhone Updated with iOS Support
Seesmic has recently released a whole new revamped iPhone App bringing in much needed iOS compatible features and also redesigning the User Interface for the iPhone App. This updated UI version of the social platform is for iDevices including iPhone and iPad.
This updated version of Seesmic App adds loads of new features, the biggest of which is the support for iPhone 4 Retina Display and compatibility with the latest firmware iOS 4.1 and 4.2. The App brings the tweets with a sharper focus on new iDevices including the iPhone and the iPods. The new Seesmic App also have multi-tasking support which enables the users to run the App in the background and also facilitates quick launching of the App from background.
Some noticeable UI improvements have also been made by the developers; previously, the users had to tap “Refresh” button to reload the new tweets but in the new UI “pull Down to Refresh” interface has been added that was incorporated in the previous Twitter App named as Tweetie.
The updates are not just limited only for the Twitter or removing the bugs and fixes but Facebook side of the App has also been revamped. Facebook updates in the Seesmic App include an improved News Feed User Interface, support for message and the provision to see a list of friend’s. Above all, Seesmic for iPhone now also includes total integration with Readit Later and Instapaper which will allow the users to read articles which have been saved by using these two interfaces.
Seesmic is available on multitude of platforms including iPhone, Android, the Web and upcoming Windows Phone 7. Seesmic is indeed a very helpful App because users can update their Facebook and Twitter statuses using only one interface. Seesmic App can be downloaded from Apple App store and can be downloaded for the PC as well.
