iPad iWork Suite Complete Update Released by Apple

Apple headquarters has recently released a complete update of its iWork Suite for iPad that include loads of new options in it. Apple has released new versions for its Keynote, Numbers and Pages for all the users of iPad, using iWork Suite on their tablet PCs. The developer team at Apple has added a multitude of new enhancements making it more useful for the users.

The updates are totally free for the users who are already having the iWork Suite on their iPad, but for the new users the app has a price tag of $9.99 and can be downloaded from iTunes Store.

The company has announced that the latest updates in the Keynote, Pages and Numbers will now allow the users an ease in transferring the documents from one platform to the iPad.  Users now will be able to transfer their documents directly from the MobileMe iDisk to the iPad enabling them to work on their documents from anyplace where there is an internet connection.

Apple spokesperson provided an example that if a user creates a new Page Document on the Tablet iPad and then copy it directly to the iDisk, the moment the user is back on his/her PC or Mac, he can again copy the document from the iDisk and start off from where he left.

The complete list of the updates for all the three packages is available on the iTunes but some of the important changes include: the ability to copy and paste documents from iDisk, improved editing interface and Keynote ability to import the keynote documents filled with image files in the cells, and improved reliability when importing presentations in Keynote to iWork.com and more enhanced viewing options.

In Pages, the updates include the option to copy documents between Pages and MobileMe iDisk of the user or a WebDAV service. Moreover, option to show the wordcount for the documents has also been added. Support for opening .txt attachments in Mail is also included in the new version.

In Number, the notable updates are like the ability to export spreadsheets to Microsoft Excel .XLS format and improved reliability when importing and exporting spreadsheets to MobileMe iDisk or any other server.
