Filemaker Go App for iPad Updated with New Features
Filemaker which is a subsidiary of Apple announced a complete update of its Filemaker Go and Filemaker Go iPad applications. The Filemaker developers have added numerous features that the users have been requesting from quite a time now and were eagerly been waiting for the updates to come.
The updates in the new versions are mainly related to improve the sharing capabilities and improving the tools which further make the document sharing easy. With the new updates in Filemaker Go, users will now be able to create PDFs of the databases they have created directly within the domain of the Filemaker Go. These PDFs can be stored by the users on their mobile devices and they can be sent as emails to other persons.
The new features in the App also enable the users to create reports and invoices while on the Go with an ease. Filemaker Go new version also gives the users the option to store their complete database and the copies of their databases, and share them with any other user via email. This option removes the previous restriction of syncing the device with a computer or any other platform for a direct transfer of data.
This new update in the App also has some tools which allow working with the photos. Updates have delivered capability for the users to work more effectively and efficiently with the photos and any other media information. Filemaker Go users now can take photo using the iPhone camera or use the already existing photos in the memory to include them in the database. Photos used in the database can be later on e-mailed from the App.
Filemaker Go for iPhone and iPod Touch has a price tag of $19.99 and Filemaker Go for iPad is priced at $39.99 in the App Store. The latest updates are free for the users who already have the previous versions of Filemaker Go installed on their iDevices.
