For you to install Flash on iPhone 4, your phone must already be jailbroken. There are rumors that Flash Aka Frash is also compatible with older devices.

Open the Cydia
Locate the manage tab at the bottom and tap on it
On the resultant screen hit the big Sources button

Now locate and hit the Edit button on the top right corner of the screen
On the space that appears put down this URL : http://repo.benm.at next press the add resource button

Once all this is taken care of and the source is successfully added to Cydia, locate and punch the large return to cydia button at bottom most of the screen and finish the step by pressing the done button
