Hey folks, I am here again with Lesson 3 to guide you how to attain maximum typing speed while working on iPhone and iPad. I hope you would be enjoying these lessons as they are very simple to follow and give you the power to type as fast as on traditional keyboards.

  • If you want to type a URL address in the address bar of the browser, there is an unusual .com key that you can make use of, to be able to type the URL address without any further delay. And if the website you want to access does not have .com at the end, hold the key for a while and a list of alternate options would pop up. For example .edu, .org, .net etc.
  • If and when you are typing email addresses in the To; CC; or BCC; field of the web domain, strike and hold the dot key and a list of shortcuts would pop up to complete the address you were typing automatically. This will save you from 3 strokes and will increase your convenience too.
  • If you need help in transitioning between numeral and alphabetic keyboard, this is meant for you. If you want to type a document and mention an email address, you would need to switch to go the numeral keyboard to type @ since it’s not available in alphabetic keyboard. After that you will switch again to alphabetic keyboard to complete the email address. Too much labor right? Here is how you can do it effortlessly. Strike the ?123 key, smoothly move your finger to attain the “@” key and raise the finger up to let go of the key.
